What's the difference between Royalty Free Music and No Copyright Music?

No Copyright Music (also known as Copyright Free) is music free from copyright claims, meaning it's not registered in the Content ID system. This type of music avoids copyright and monetization concerns with YouTube videos, making it a preferred choice for YouTubers and content creators.

On the other hand, Royalty Free Music is registered in the Content ID system, but you can still easily dispute any copyright claims that may arise by licensing a track - purchasing the right to use it in your project. This type of music is protected from unauthorized use and theft, which is crucial for music creators.

However, it's important to note that in both cases, the music is still copyrighted material, and obtaining a license or using a no copyright music track does not mean that you own the copyright to the music.

At Berool Music, we offer some No Copyright Music for free via our Patreon platform, but you'll find a larger selection of tracks in our Royalty Free Music library, where you can purchase an affordable (Standard) license for YouTube use for just a few dollars that helps you Resolving YouTube Content ID Copyright Claims.
